HP DAT 160 USB - slow performance

Hi all,
Have installed a HP DAT 160 USB on my windows 2003 Server. With included HP Data Protector Express I can save files with a data transfer rate of 60MB/min. My Server has about 40GB Data Files so I need more than 11 hours to backup it ;-(

What can I do?

Thomas does your server have USB 2.0?
