HP DAT72 (C7438A) No media

Hello everyone,
a few months, the light cleaning of my DAT72 flashes after each backup.
A few times, then more and more often.
Use the tape to make clean the C5709A DAT72 and the light goes off.
Lately, the backups were not often successful, sometimes the tape (HP C8010A) was not recognized.
For several days no longer recognize any tape and light cleaning  will not light.
You can repair my DAT72 or should I buy a new one?
If you can repair how do I get a quote?

Try to clean 5 times in a Row with a new cleaning tape.

If doesnt fix then replace it.
