HP DLT 7000 Tape drive

I’m having problems with our HP DLT7000 tape drive. After doing a library cleaning and adding scratch tapes to our inventory, I verify the tapes have been inventoried. Days later we keep seeing unlabeled tapes. Could this be a problem with a job or a problem reading tapes?

The DL7000 is the tape drive only. In what library is it? And what program are you using to perform the inventory?
