HP Data Protector 5.50 Crashes when clicked on Reporting

Hi,

HP Data Protector 5.50 Crashes when clicked on the Reporting eventlog. I have installed all the patches from the HP Site. Still same problem, can somebody help on this.

can you run the DP in debug mode, reproduce the problem and send me the debug logs so that i can try to help you if possible

Hi,install the latest patch available on the site. newer patches are available on the site. if the problem persist run repair from add\remove programmes as there could be some corrupted files in the installation. this should the issue The debug file you have send didn't help
