HP Data Protector Express Basic 4.0 and 5.0

Hello. We trying to use two old HP DAT 72 tape devices. We use two cd discs from boxes of tape devices. "HP Data Protector Express Single Server Edition 4.0 SP1" and "HP Data Protector Express Basic 5.0". On a cd discs write: Free permanent license key after simple registration. But we can not registration this software because registration web-page is not present. Can we do free registration our software? Thanks

Unfortunately, those are very old CD's you have. Data Protector Express 5.0 was discontinued in October of 2012, and license keys are no longer available. All HPE DAT products are also obsolete - but with that said, many are still running in the world, and there are many applications available that support them.
