HP Data Protector Express Error 1400 - Wrong Media

Over the past month we've received this error at least a couple of times a week.
We know we are using the correct media & we even swapped out the old tapes with new ones.

The first week with the new tapes no errors but now two weeks into it we've started receiving the errors again.

There is no pattern to which days fail, I think that's enough info to start with.

Venkatt... You are mistaken . This is the correct forum since DPX is not the same as DP . In fact it has got nothing whatsoever to do with DP except that they are both BU software sold by HP.
