All the three LED's Blinking on the FC HBA card(RED, Green, Orsnge)
but when i connect the same FC HBA card in san switch then no error msg on the SAN Surfer.
is there problem is FC card or Tape Library?????

Re: HP FC HBA Error RxPower(mW) fault
sounds like the problem is in the FC Library if the card is working when connected to the SAN-switch.
If you have another FC card available you could try connecting the library to that.
Make sure the port on the FC HBA and library is set to direct connect.
