HP LTO 3 drive in STK L40 library

HP LTO 3 drive in STK L40 library

Along with a HP LTO2 and 2 IBM LTO2 drives.
All jobs except clean jobs work in the LTO3 drive. Anyone know how to downgrade the firmware? I think it's been flashed with a level beyond use for the L40.
HP tape tools is asking for a password.

Hi,

If you log a call with HP they should be able to supply a temporary password to enable you to downgrade the firmware using
L & TT.
