Hi:

is it the library in a SAN?? Are any Windows server in the SAN? I have a 10/180 and the same happened when any windows server had enable the default microsoft drivers of the library.

check from your unix system ( cciln2 ). is /dev/rmt/5mn available?

Test backup using tar at cciln2 server. when you passed the test. the drive is ok.

Are you using SAN backup?
