HP Storage Works DAT160 and Data Protector 4.00 sp1 problem
Hi All,
We have:
ProLiant DL160 G5 server,
Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 operating system
HP Storage Works DAT160 USB tape drive
Data Protector Express 4.00-sp1 - 43064 backup software
160 GB LTO2 media
The problem is:
Backup works normally. Then we receive alert for tape changing. We pause a job, change tape. Tape drive successful recognize a tape. We resume the job, but after some time job failed and we again receive the alert for tape changing.
In attachment Data Protector Log.
We need to know is it a tape problem or tape drive problem.
Thanks in advance,
BR,
Max
