HP StorageWorks DAT 40 USB + Brigthstor Arcserve Backup 11.5
I am trying to setup BAB 11.5 on a windows XP PRO SP2 machine to use the StorageWorks tape drive (external) however I cant seem to get BAB to SEE the drive.
The drive is visable within Windows but BAB just cannot see it!
Please reply if you have any ideas!
Thanks
