HP StorageWorks DAT 72 Firmware Upgrade
I am running the HP LTT 4.5 SR1 on RHEL 5.1, and the following is my device information:
Product ID : C7438A
Drive Technology : DAT 72
Mech. Serial Number : HUN5011669
Firmware Rev : V303/HP
Target ID : 0
Target LUN : 0
OBDR Capability : Present
WORM Capability : Not Present
When I run some of the diagnostic, the tool notice that the firmware (V303) is old and need to be replaced with V601.
Since I am running on Linux there is no interface like the one in Windows that allows me to get the firmware by downloading it from the web.
How do I get the firmware V601 ? My search on HP site has turns out nothing.

Re: HP StorageWorks DAT 72 Firmware Upgrade
Sure that I can use the LTT to update the firmware if I have the .FRM file, but where do I get the file?

Re: HP StorageWorks DAT 72 Firmware Upgrade
When I tried to run it it can discover my tape drive just fine, and also noticed that it has firmware version V303, but it does not perform any upgrade and just leave my tape drive as it is.
