HP StorageWorks DAT 72x10 1U

Hello,

My company have bought an HP StorageWorks DAT 72x10 1U which have been installed in rack before I come in. The equipment is connected to the server with a SCSI cable. User guide helps me to know how to use the equipment. My aim is to backup all my company data on cartridge by using my storageworks.

My worries are:

1) which softwares must be installed on the server which will be used for the backup ?

2) How to proceed to the backup ? Which commands must be used ?

I need someone who can explain me all this processes step-by-step.

What OS version are you running on the servers?

On the server is installed Windows Server 2003 Standard edition.

The other servers run windows server 2003.
