I have installed this version but am unable to downgrade the firmware of a tapedrive using this new verions! where can i get the password?

I tried to use Library and Tape Tools 3.5 SR1 on hp-ux. But,new feature 'Saved/Manual Scan' is not functional and is aborted with coredump. What's whong?
