HP StorageWorks MSL6030 2 Ultrium 960 Drive Fibre Channel Tape Library // Not Backup up

Hi i was wondering if someone can assist me with this.

I have a MSL 6030 FC Library that gives me the error "BUS RESET" the backup software is LEGATO. The library writes a max of 30 GB per tape and it is an intermittant problem.

Please assist.

Just to make sure all the drivers/firmware and software are compatible.

We had issues about a couple of years ago with SCSI Bus Resets and tapes being marked as full with minimal data on them and most of the issues were down to the driver we were using for the HBA's, think it was a miniport driver, and needed to be a storport... we were using Legato on Windows backing up over a HP EVA to MSL 6000 series LTO2 drives Via an internal NSR Router.
