HP StorageWorks Ultrium 448c not detect which insert enclosure c3000

[supratman2007]

I using enclosure c3000 with blade server 460c.
totally 4 blade, 1 unit Hp Aio SB600C Serial SCSI, 1 unit HP Aio SB600c SAS, 1 unit HP StorageWorks Ultrium 448 SAS.
Turn on Blade 1 till 4 running ok, HP Aio SB600c serial SCSI running ok, HP Aio SB600c SAS
running ok, which turn on StorageWork Ultrium
448 SAS with monitoring OA (onboard administrator) device bay unknown.
status critical error, diagnostic information device identification data error.(file attach)
I tray unplug the storagework included cable, card in blade but still some problem.
Indicator LED red.....
please help me for solution....
