HP Storageworks 960 Autoloader running on DPM 2007

I'm running a 960 autoloader on a DELL server which is also running Data Protection Manager 2007. My Server can see the Autoloader and the HP Management software can see the drives. The problem I'm having is the DPM 2007 can only see the 1 drive and not all the tapes? I've updated drivers, software and firmware. Made sure the LUN is set on the SCSI but this has not solved the issues. Any ideas welcome.
