HP Surestore Tape 12000e

I have a Surestore 12000e, and I am running Netware 5.1 with Arcvserve 6.6 as my backup software. The problem is I cannot get Arcserve to recognize the are tape in the tape backup unit. I tried to load the changer software but it would not let me. The drivers installed are AHA2940.HAM and NWASPI. is there a driver for the changer that I am missing.
