HP T4000 Error Code
Hi!
All of a sudden, my T4000 SCSI Travan tape backup unit has decided not to work. I receive the following error message:
H/W Error: 07-12-23-10-1F00
Can someone explain what the error message indicates and perhaps how to correct the problem?
Warmest Regards,
RJS

Re: HP T4000 Error Code
There seems to be problem with IRQ setting on the system with which the unit is attached.
The error
07 - error occured while read operation
12 - NO_INTR i.e. Controller interrupt was not received.
There maybe IRQ conflict or the controller is failed.
Refer the doc
