HP-UX 11.23 (with Itanium processor) and STK9940

Hi all,

is the tape drive STK9940 supported
on the HP-UX 11.23 with the Itanium processor?

If so, what patches are needed?

Hi Milan,

as STK9940 is not an HP product I think you can better refer to the hardware vendor. They will have the datasheet with supported operating system. Anyway I tried to search info and just can find into HP sites the following:

This shows whether in DP (HP backup product, i.e. Data Protector) drive technologies STK9940A and STK9940B are supported.
