my company buy server ML370 G3 with tape Ultrium 460 in 7 last month.
this tape worked until 2 last week but Now
Tape Drive will not Accept Media or Ejects Media Immediately .
i unknown cause this problem?
please help me

Try sending a cleaning tape through it (one pass only) to see if it is just dirty.

Hi,

As Marino suggested please use LTT to help debug this issue, tapes ejecting unexpected could be due to a huge range of issues many of which are actually not faults with the drive but designed behaviour due to detection of faulty media or expired cleaning cartridges etc and there is just not enough info here to determine what that might be.
