Where can I get the drivers for this drive?

more info: brought this device a few days ago, and can't seem to use it because I can't find the drivers. using Veritas backupexec v7.3. no plans to upgrade the software.

Hello Andy,

This version of BackupExec does not have support yet for this model of autoloader. The first version of software that will support your autoloader is version 8.0 as far as I know.

The fastest way forward maybe to download a trial version from Veritas to get the unit working. This will give you 30 days to plan the next step.

hi Andy
library are not supported by os, you can only load driver for the drive (LTO or DLT),in this case you have to move the catridge by control in the drive.
To manage the library you have to use a backup software which support this library.
