HP1553A DDS2 Autoloader shows "error46"

in display when switching on and I can´t eject the magazine. Tape Tools can´t access the lib.
Any idea what failed ?

Has the tape drive been moved/bumped?

Error 46 can be displayed if the magazine is stopped in a wrong position on the turntable.

Run HP LTT, go the 'Utilities' menu, select 'Run Script' and then select the 'al46_recoveryscript.ssc' script file, check the checkbox next to your tape drive and select 'run'.

well, not at all actually and I can´t remember a label going off. I´ll check this and if all fails I´ll open the loader to get the mag
