Thanks a lot for attaching that support ticket. The bug in the Device Analysis script that LTT is causing that function to fail with the 1.14 firmware as well so we never get to find out what size flash memory you have. There is no question though that you are getting exactly the same error that the small memory chips cause during firmware updates.
Your posting those logs has helped us find a bug in LTT that we need to get fixed so we can properly test boards with the older revsions of firmware.

A few days ago an HP Technician came here and substituted the controller board of the library. Everything works fine now and I have the latest firmware. Thanks to all of you for your support!
