Hadware Error
My Dlt8000 2/20 showme in front panel that both drivers have a tape inserted, but that is incorrect.
Some One see this before ?

The initial error was this:
"Error 10/10"
"Failed to move ofter finding the translate home position
trasle servo system detect an over force
Failed REZERO
Code 66, Qualifier 21
Sequence 144,145,106,101,52,53"

open the door, and check inside for something which can stop the robot to work, if you found nothing inside try to launch a recalibration test, this can recalibrate the stepping motors inside the robot

Hi,
This problem is not just for this model
unit. I would seriously look at the
firmware level of the unit, regardless
of how old the system is. Instead of
just opening the door and running the
re-calibration test I would do a full
power off reset.
