Hard error in DLT
My SureStore E 2/20 tape library on HP9000 has failure in Arm Robotic (picker) so I have to replace a new one. When it do checking inventory,it give a hard faile as bellow:
" I2C command did not complete successfully
Timestamp invalid
Code 0, Qualifier 60
Sequence 53,54, 53,108, 109, 110
Field replaceable unit none recorded
Suggestion (1/1)
Check host is idle and power cycle the library"
I use Admin- RunTest -Inventory but it say faile test
I don't know what is the problem, so anyone can help me.
Thanks in advanced

Re: Hard error in DLT
Hi,
Restart the Library. It will run all the Self tests and try to rectify all the Hard and Soft Errors.
If it is not succeeding you need to place a call to HP.
