How format an tape in W2K with ntbackup

Hi
I want format an tape with ntbackup GUI application, but i can not do, because the option is disabled. What i have to do to configure mi dat24 drive (C1537A) to work in Windows 2000 with ntbackup?.

In ran all tests with TapeTools software and all works fine.
