How to add / change tapes in SSL2020

I have an SSL2020 attached to my Linux server. I use MTX to change load / unload tapes from the library to the tape drive but don't know how to open the front door to add or change tapes. I looked through the manual but can't find how to open the door.

manual show following command from the OCP:

>Commands > eject > Left Magazine or Right Magazine

does this work? if now you may have a reserved status sent by you backup application that prevent to open the magazines

I had thought the four digit code was the unlocking mechanism. I tinkered around with the interface and was able to have it pop open the door. I was hoping there were commands I could script in Linux to have the process somewhat automated (not having an operator monkeying around with the buttons).
