How to clear the Drive Error log entries?

Quantum does not provide a method for clearing the error log entries.

There is utility which does that, (some repair centres use it) but I do not know the name. Does anybody know the name?

True such a utility does exist but it is for authorized service providers only and should not be distributed. I should have said that Quantum does not provide a customer utility for that function.

Thank you, what about translation of the error codes? What is the meaning of error A402, A501, A503 and etc? L&TT does not have info about it.

Unfortunately the only document I have for decoding all of those events is marked Quantum confidential. We were given permission to help with specific events but not to distribute the entire document. That was part of the reason why L&TT doesn't fully decode those.

There may be something published on the internet now but I don't know of one.

Is there a specific event or a couple of events that concern you?

SDLT drives generates mostly A501/A503/A507 errors and DLT drives generates A401/A402 etc.
