Hp Colorado Back up ll

I have received an error message when I attempt to backup files with my HP CB up ll tape drive, The error message states that the backup device reported an unrecoverable error. Ref. 05-12-23-00-40A0. I have try a new tape. new controller cable and uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

If it isn't broke don't fix it.
