Hp Ultrium 230 tape drive cannot detect in Windows Backup and Restore

Hi,

 

I am running Windows Server 2003 R2 64bit. The HP tape drive is detected in the device manager but it is not detected in the Windows Backup and Restore.

 

I have installed the drivers from HP site for the tape drive and the SCSI card.

 

Anyone can offer any advise?
