I/O Device Error

I just replaced a DLT4000 in an NT server. I am able to inventory and erase tapes using NT Backup and Backup Exec. Everytime I run a backup I get the message I/O device error and the jobs.

Any ideas on how to correct this situation? I have already updated the drivers and do not get any errors when booting.
