Installation of TANDBERG TDC 3800

In a workstation with HPUX 10.20, hardware address of the tape drive is 2/0/1.5.0, I used following command:
"mksf -d stape -H 2/0/1.5.0 -u -s 512 /dev/rmt/slm5"
and I got an error message: "mksf: Couldn't find driver matching arguments"
How can I install it into the machine.
