Is the Ultrium 3 920 SCSI a bootable tape drive

I am using Symantec Backup Exec 11d, and trying to create IDR disaster recovery platform. The wizard is asking if I want to "create a bootable Tape Image for use with bootable tape devices".

Is the HP Ultrium 3 920 SCSI a bootable tape device?
