Re: L&TT on RHAS2.1 and/or RHEL3.0
This is a supported configuration, and we're not aware a problem at this time. Would you be willing to try an older version to see if that would work? Send e-mail to ltt_team@hp.com and we can send you the URL to an older version of L&TT.

Re: L&TT on RHAS2.1 and/or RHEL3.0
Is there a version of the L&TT for 2.1 & 3.0 in the works?

Re: L&TT on RHAS2.1 and/or RHEL3.0
Here is the latest... we have tried this on 5 separate DL380's.
DL380 G3 with 4Gb to 5Gb RAM
Dual Channel Ultra320 (LSI chipset)
MSL6030 with two 460 drives
Fresh install of RHEL 3.0 Update 2
I have updated the bios on the DL380 G3, the MSL6030 and the 460 drives...
Our configuration, no mater what version of the L&TT we use (I tried 3.4SR1a and 3.5 for red hat 9), causes a kernel panic. We get it to do a scan of the hardware and the drives and the 6030 are presented to be "selected". After that, we "select 1" and boom... hardware is frozen and we have to cold reboot.
When we do this, on a ML570 Generation 1 with the Ultra3 scsi card and the library, we have no errors and no problems with any function of the L&TT.
Could the Ultra320 card (LSI chipset) be causing the blowup? Is there something in the DL380 we need to do? What do I do next?
BTW... the link that you me sent was for the Itanium Chipset (64 bit) HEHE OOPS!
