LSI_SCSI Event 129
Hi!
My problem is that a LSI 20320C-HP card is connected to a HP Ultrium 448 LTO2 external drive.
Sometimes - really random - the backup fails it is a CA Arcserve Backup r15.
Two things are sure:
Whenever the backup fails it throws an NT SCSI ERROR (Backup) and I can see in the Event Viewer the following:
Warning LSI_SCSI Event 129. - if you want I can post the whole warning.
I took a peek at the LTO Tapeworks and the only curious thing is that it says the eviroment temperature is above maximum.
But almost all the time no problems - sometimes this error comes up.
Not at the beginning almost in the middle - 93Gb. Once at 27Gb.
CA support says it can be hardware related. HP Hungary directed me to 3rd party companies :)
Thanks
