LTO Tape Stuck in Surestore 2/20

I have a Ultrium tape stuck in one of the drives. When it happened 1st last week, I was able to manually remove it by taking the cover off, and rotating the wheel manually. Now the wheel will not rotate. I had tried calling up eject from the console, and by manually pressing the eject button on the drive while powered w/o luck. HP only provides directions for the DLt version.
Any other good ideas?
