LTO Ultrium 2 448 - Storage device configuration error.

Hello,

I'm having problems with backups. In my company we use Symantec BackupExec 11D. When I start bckup job I receive following error:

"Storage device configuration error.
Problems were encountered during the configuration of your storage devices. Please use the Windows Event Viewer to view the Application Log for more information."

I went to server room. On display of LTO Ultrium 2 448 appeared SEQ. I don't know what does it mean but since that event I'm having device problems.

It sounds like what you have is an 1/8 Autoloader or a MSL Tape Library. The Ultirum drive itself does not have a display.

Specify exactly what device you have to see if we can help you with it.
