LTO drive Error 1400

I have been using the DW085A tape drive for the past 2 years, full rotating 31 days of tapes for each month.  Recently, this drive was replaced with the exact same model due to actual hardware failure.  The backup continue for 2 days, now I'm suddenly getting the   "Error 1400 - Wrong media error".  Is there a hardware ID that these tapes are expecting, etc?

After research and more trials, it ends up being a couple of corrupt tapes.
