LTO4 w SmartStart 4600
Hello all,
i'm getting an event ID 11 every time i try to run a backup job using BackupExec 12. the job just dies. the equipment i'm using:
HP DL380 G5
Smart Start 4600 4 port
2 HP LTO4 hotswap modules
All this equipment is brand new, except the scsi cables. i tried diffrent ones.
Can anyone help me, i've tried too many things to write on the Thread.

Don't know what drive model do you have exactly and what is "Smart Start 4600 4 port"?
