LTT 42sr1a and Firmware G64D
Attempting to update firmware for an Ultrium 960 drive. Running Netware 5.1. I receive the following error when attempting the hardware scan.
OC_Exception_c caught: I/O Exception (Error: 2131 - I/O: Unknown ASPI error condition.
Any suggestions?

Re: LTT 42sr1a and Firmware G64D
Hi,
LTT is getting an unexpected error from the operating system. This could be due to cabling or drive status. If the problem recurs, please send an IO history enabled EventLog.ltt to ltt.team@hp.com for analysis.
Enable IO history
1. Initialize LTT
2. Run the hardware scan
3. Enter command>pref
4. Enter command>4 (i.e. Add IO history to Event log)
5. Then, perform steps to update the firmware.
Regards,
Satya
