Legato+W2K+SSL2020

Hi,
i have a problem with one location from 12.
Each tape in the library ist 50GB but only 9-9,5GB are written and the Software said the tape is full. If i label the tapes new and backup my servers (3) it's beginning and after the 9 GB is ending the backup. What can i do? In all other location it's working without problems and the configurations are on all systems the same!
