Library Error -MSL 6000

Hi All,

I am getting the following error on my MSL 6000 Library.

Fault Code: 3061(Hard)
Unable to complete homing Algorithm.

Please tell me, how to resolve this error.After that i can insert or remove the data cartridge from MSL6000 library.

Hi,

According to the maintenance and service guide the following steps should be taken:

Cycle power to the library or reboot by
using the LCD touch display. Wait 30
seconds to power up again.

Update the Map using the LCD touch
display.
Menu -> Maintenance -> Force
reconfiguration

This error seems to be cause by a problem in the mecanism wich it's not able to move correctly. HP suggest to shutdown the library using the GUI, but is NOT posible to do that because the library keeps telling you of the error and the ONLY 2 options available are:
1 - Reboot
2 - Turn Light ON.

What can we do then?
