Library sends End Of Tape at 400GB when I'm using LTO 4 (800GB with no compression)

Hi guys,

I'm using a MSL 2024 with ultrimu LTO 4 tape and Netbackup as backup solution.

The problem is when I duplicate the backup into LTO 4 cartridges (800GB native) using this library the robot sends a E.O.T. to netbackup when it's copied only 400-500GB. I checked it using the netbackup logs. I talked with Symantec and they're telling me that netbackup only sends data, it doesn't manage the robot so it seems to be a problem with the robot. I've got firmware up to date, and I don't really where the problem could be.

Did anybody have this problem?

The cartridges say 1,600 GB then?  (Assuming 2:1 compression)

Yep, I'm using HP originals (green cartridge)
