Looking for SDLT upgrade kit for ESL9326

I have received four SDLT drives for my ESL9326 tape library. In the box
is a note that I need to upgrade the "extension axis" that is in a free
upgrade kit 249632-001. Unfortunately nobody in Compaq EMEA
seems to know how to order this kit. Nobody in the phone number
list seems to know how to order it.

Can somebody help me find out how we can order it?

I got the same response from Compaq Service when I tried to order it. They didn't have that part number. I basically said "I called the number listed on the paper. Deal with it. It's not my problem, it's yours." Took about a week, then I got my ESL9198DLX upgraded.
