MLS5030 hangs after try to access to autochanger

I've got another problem with my Library MSL5030L1:

When I try to access via "uma" utility (from Dataprotector Software) to robotic device (or make inventory of library from OmniBack) Library hangs.

Firmware version 4.04. (of library)
OS: HP-UX 11.0

I cannot upgrate firmware directly via Internet using "hp_ltt".

'uma' is OB command. Try 'mc' ('man mc' for help)

UNIX "mc" command doesn't work. After enter command "mc -p /dev/rac/c4t13d1 -s S1 -d D1" it starts to move tape from slot 1 to drive 1, but a little bit later library hangs again, and I see following error: "ERROR: 0x0 No Sense : 0x0 No additional sense information.

But "mc -p /dev/rac/c4t13d1 -q" returns following info without errors:
Vendor ID : COMPAQ
PRODUCT ID : MSL5000 Series
Product Rev : 0404

Ok. Then try the same operation from the library's front panel. Will it work?

Yes, it is. It works properly.
I can do this from WEB access too.

Has this library worked normal before, does the problem appeared suddenly.

It's a new one.

Go to NSR and change addressing mode to 'hard' and loop-id=1. Then it should work.
BTW, if you use switch(es) set library and host up to work in fabric

It is already setup (HARD),but how can I set up loop_id?
