MSL 2024 Configuration

I will tell u our Server details . we have C7000 enclosure ,We have 3 servers and EVA4400 storage( BL870C 2Nos BL460C)Enclosure back side it's has MDS9124e Fiber channel switch , MDS9124e it's has 8ports of FC Port . now we had occupied 4 ports for EVA4400 Storage and replications for Site "A" and Site "B" . Another 4FC ports is free ( Empty ) ,we bought MSL2024 Tape library and FC DS-SFP-FC4g-SW adapter and also FC optic cable . can i install new FC DS-SFP-FC4g-SW to MDS9124e empty port? This is one end . Another one end to MSL2024 tape library. after that i am going to install HP Data protector6.1 to one of the BL460c Server . is it any disturbance for Data replication ? or can i configure any zoning ?

if your MSL2024 is FC based, you have enough ports on Cisco FC siwtches, you can do anything you want. Replication should be Ok, use zoning to separate traffic.
