Re: MSL 2024 Failed Firmware Upgrade
I don't know what the issue would be then...I still see the same thing (no drop down menu). I'm not sure what the deal is. Sorry!

Re: MSL 2024 Failed Firmware Upgrade
Regarding assigning points:
The issue is that you appear to have 2 different accounts.
The account used to initially post this questions is "karateckie" ( http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/publicProfile.do?userId=WW188177&forumId=1 ), but the account used to post your other replies and attempt to assign points is "Kara Glunt" ( http://forums13.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/publicProfile.do?userId=WW136284&forumId=1 ).
If you notice, when you replied to your thread with the "Kara Glunt" id your responses show "unassigned". If you had replied with the "karateckie" id it would show something like "N/A Question Author".
To assign points you need to log back in with the "karateckie" id. You should then see the drop down box and be able to assign points. You will also be able to assign points to your own "Kara Glunt" id.
Good luck.

Re: MSL 2024 Failed Firmware Upgrade
Ok somehow I missed that before, but I guess it's because I've only ever had one account. Earlier today, before I went to write my response, I had forgotten my password and had to have it reset. After that my username i no longer karateckie but 'Kara Glunt' as it says in my forum profile. If i try to send 'karateckie' a reset password, it says the user can't be found, but yet it iwll not let me change my name to karateckie because "it's already in use".
