MSL 4048 - Barcode Scan issue

Hi Gurus..

In my Data Protector setup,I have a MSL 4048 Tape Library. Whenever i do a barcode scan againt 1 drive it shows the media available under it. But at the same time if i see ( not scan ) the medias under the 2nd drive, it shows question mark ( ? ) for all the slots.

Is this how it is or this is a problem ? Is there is any way to update the slots ( media ) infromation for the both the drives at same time ??
