desc: Communication to robot from Library controller failed
Try powering the library off.
Here is how to take the magazines out.

Re: MSL-4080 magazines eject error
Push a small metal pin or paper clip into the appropriate release hole (Figure 4), and have a second person grasp the magazines and remove them from the library.
are you able to manualy release the magazine?
also you should know that the software can prevent the operator to unlock the magazine, and allow only the load pport if configured.
If you want to check for any HW error do the following steps:
- disconnect your MSL form the san or from the scsi cable if it is a scsi one.
then with the library alone with only the power cable, power cycle the unit.
when the library is back ready without any connection on the back, try to unlock the magazine from the OCP. if you succeed, then the problem is with your backup application

Re: MSL-4080 magazines eject error
unplug it.. try to unlock again.. by OCP or RMI.. both still failed..
library already stand alone, disconnect from all connection..
re-peat all above steps... still unsuccessful..!!!
try to log on hp.. this is hardware problem they said.
is it???

Re: MSL-4080 magazines eject error
The problem come from the library.
Be sure to have the latest firmware, and if this is the case, then the problem is HW.
B2 is a communication error with the picker and 71 is a positioning error of the picker
